How are you currently involved in the Transition movement?
I serve as the Education and Outreach Coordinator for Transition Colorado (formerly Transition Boulder County), and am the creator of "Deepening Community Leadership: A Course in Systems Transformation." I also co-founded the Transition Naropa University Initiative, one of the first of its kind in the world.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I believe that Transition represents a new paradigm of grassroots leadership, one that is positive, inclusive, self-organizing, easily replicable, and engages the head, heart, and hands of entire communities. Transition is the single most inspiring movement I have ever seen or been a part of.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?
I believe my most important contribution to the Transition Movement will be helping to train Transition Initiators to lead more successful Transition Initiatives.
